GUTH VENTILTECHNIK | FLUID PROCESS GROUP warranty Guth Ventiltechnik is a supplier of high-quality products. Our consideration to products and production are high. For this reason, Guth Ventiltechnik is EN ISO 9001 certified. As a matter of principle, the satisfaction of our customers has top pri- ority. Our products are produced, mounted, tested and packed with high diligence. In the unlikely event that there should ever be a reason for a complaint, we will naturally make efforts to give you full satisfaction within the scope of the following warranty or guarantee respectively. Coverage of this warranty Guth Ventiltechnik guarantees that every product is free from defects in material and design and that it complies with the published specifications which are available on request. The period of guarantee for the product will become effective at the date of the handing over of the product to the purchaser or orderer and it will expire after the legal period. After the expiration of the period of guarantee, no guarantee will be assumed at all. The products or product parts which are repla- ced if use of the warranty is made will receive the warranty status of the replaced product or product part respectively. Beyond the legal warranty, Guth Ventiltechnik also grants a function warranty of five years from the production date for all pneumatic rotary and lifting drives. The conditions for this guarantee are identical to the conditions of the warranty. All further details are stipulated in the general terms and conditions. Exclusion of warranty The following points are not included in our warranty: 1. Damages caused by incorrect utilisation (including the utilisation of machine capacity or performance which had not been confirmed by Guth Ventiltechnik in a written form), accidents, modifications, unsuitable operation conditions incorrect storage or maintenance caused by the customer or user; 2. Damages caused by functional wear; 3. Damages caused by products for which Guth Ventiltechnik is not responsible; 4. Products of other manufacturers including such products which Guth Ventiltechnik procured and supplied on your request together with a Guth Ventiltechnik product or products which were integrated in a Guth Ventiltechnik plant. 5. Guth Ventiltechnik does not guarantee an uninterruptible or error-free operation of a plant. 6. Oral promises which go beyond the legal warranty will only be valid after a written confirmation by Guth Ventiltechnik.
